The KS KG is a compact over-bar dropper remote from the family KS credits with kicking off the era of compact dropper controls. It suits left- or right-hand use, and its hinged clamp can double as the lock-ring for your grips to keep the cockpit tidy.

Highlights

• Compact over-bar dropper remote
• Polycarbonate paddle
• 22.2mm hinged bar clamp
• Clamp can double as a grip lock-ring
• Left- or right-hand operation
• Traditional cable direction (barrel end at the lever)

Compact control

KS designed the KG family to fit your ergonomic preferences and to integrate with lock-ring style grips, so the remote can share the grip's clamp rather than adding another one to the bar. This is the polycarbonate-paddle KG, with a 22.2mm bar clamp.

Compatibility & fit

The KG Polycarbonate uses the traditional cable mounting direction, with the cable barrel end at the lever. KS says all its remotes are compatible with all KS droppers, so it suits any cable-actuated KS post, and KS remotes generally work with other brands' droppers that use a 10mm cable pull. It runs the standard KS dropper cable: a 1mm inner cable in 5mm housing. Dropper post fitting and remote and cable setup is a separate workshop service; our workshop can fit the lever, run the cable and set up your post.
