SRAM's Flattop chains use a wider, flat-sided pin design that standard 12-speed chains don't share — this chain is built to that specific geometry, so it only works on the drivetrain it's designed for.

Fits SRAM Flattop (AXS / T-Type) 12/13-speed drivetrains only. If you're not certain your groupset uses SRAM Flattop, check your derailleur and cassette before ordering — a standard KMC X12 will not fit a Flattop drivetrain, and this chain will not fit a standard one.

If a chain fails from a defect in materials or workmanship, return it to Tune Cycles with your proof of purchase and we'll manage the claim with KMC on your behalf — no need to contact the distributor yourself.
