Keep a Hope Pro 4 rear hub rolling with a genuine Hope freehub body. Choose the MicroSpline body to run Shimano's 12-speed mountain bike cassettes with a 10-tooth cog, or the Hope driver for Hope's own cassettes, in the version that matches your hub's axle. Why swap or replace a freehub

A freehub body is the part your cassette slides onto, and it is what lets you coast. Over time the splines can notch under a cassette, or you may simply want to run a different drivetrain. Because Hope designs its hubs to be rebuilt rather than replaced, a new freehub body brings the hub back to spec or converts it to a new cassette standard without rebuilding the wheel. Hope's Pro 4 rear hub uses a four-pawl ratchet with 44-tooth engagement, and the pawls ride on the freehub body, so a fresh body keeps pickup crisp.

Compatibility & fit

Fits Hope Pro 4 rear hubs only; Pro 4 freehub bodies do not fit Pro 2 or Pro 2 Evo hubs. Match the version to your hub's axle standard – MicroSpline bodies use their own drive-side end cap. Fitting is a separate Tune Cycles workshop service and is not included in the price – book a workshop appointment.
