Ream, plug, ride

Pull the kit from the bar and unscrew the reamer cap. Ream the hole until the plug will go in, taking care not to pierce the rim tape. Load a plug into the fork, push it about halfway in, pull the fork out so the plug stays, and reinflate. Refill packs in 1.5 mm and 3.5 mm are sold separately. For a fresh tubeless set-up or sealant service, book in with our workshop.

Compatibility & fit

Needs a handlebar with an inner diameter over 18 mm and a 100 mm straight section at the bar end; some carbon bars are narrower inside, so measure first. Vibrocore bars do not work with STASH. Lock-on grips with a closed end take the 22 mm cap; open-end grips take the 30 mm cap. The crank axle mount will not suit every crank, as hollow axle sizes vary. Fitting takes a 3 mm hex key.
