One cap, three jobs

Flip a cap upside down and press to let air out and fine-tune your pressure on the spot. Twist anticlockwise while pressing and the valve core comes out with the cap, ready for a sealant top-up through a hose and syringe. Twist the other way to tighten the core back in.
