How it works

Rock N Roll says its lubes go deep into the chain and trap dirt. As you freewheel the chain backwards the dirt and grit float to the surface to be wiped off, leaving fresh lube inside the chain and a protective membrane that seals out dirt and moisture.

How to apply

1. Shift onto the big chainring and the smallest rear cog.
2. Apply a generous flow of lube onto the chain, over the top of the cog. You're cleaning and lubing in one step.
3. Freewheel the chain slowly backwards (turning it fast throws the lube off).
4. Wipe off all the dirt and grit that comes to the surface, then shift off the big ring and wipe the chainring clean.
5. For best results let it sit for a few hours, or lube the night before. Wipe the chain after every ride.

Compatibility & fit

Extreme is for off-road and wet road riding. For dry road riding, Rock N Roll makes Absolute Dry; Gold covers both road and MTB.
