XD-15 ceramic hybrid bearings

Enduro's exclusive XD-15 bearings pair ceramic balls with nitrogen steel races, an extra-tough stainless material that won't corrode or rust the way most ceramic hybrid bearings do. Enduro has used XD-15 in cycling for more than 12 years, and where other ceramic bearings roll best on the day they're fitted and decline from there, XD-15 bearings improve over time and become smoother.

Built to keep rolling

Deep-groove raceways take maximum-size Grade 5 silicon nitride balls for more contact area and a longer life. The 90% grease fill is engineered to stick to the balls and keep being pulled back into the ball path, and Enduro says it runs better and smoother with time. Enduro bearings use dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove, forming a full labyrinth against the elements.

Compatibility & fit

A bearing kit for BB86/92 cups with Shimano-style 24mm crank spindles; it replaces the bearings in your existing cups and doesn't include cups. For the easiest removal and installation Enduro recommends its BRT-003 bearing tool (sold separately). Our Marrickville workshop can replace bottom bracket bearings with the right press tools; fitting is a separate workshop service and isn't included in the price.
