XD-15 bearings

XD-15 is Enduro's exclusive ceramic-hybrid bearing: stainless XD-15 nitrogen steel races that won't corrode or rust like most ceramic hybrids, with silicon nitride ceramic balls in deep-groove raceways that fit the largest possible balls. The 15° angular contact design gives full ball contact and works with the preload systems modern cranks use. Enduro presses the bearings into precision-machined cups that thread directly into a T47 shell for accurate alignment.

Gets smoother with use

Most ceramic-hybrid bearings roll best on the day they go in and slow down from there. Enduro says XD-15 bearings do the opposite: as they wear in, the balls make the races smoother still, so the bottom bracket rolls faster and smoother with time and use.

Compatibility & fit

For T47 external threaded bottom bracket shells and Shimano 24mm spindle cranksets. Depending on the cup spline, Enduro notes you may need one of its Pro Cup tools to install it. Our workshop can install it for you as a separate service; fitting isn't included in the price.
