TorqTite and XD-15 Corsa

Enduro's top-of-the-line bottom bracket bearing, XD-15 Corsa, combines corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated XD-15 nitrogen steel races with Grade 5 silicon nitride ceramic balls in a 45° angular contact design. Enduro presses the bearings into precision-machined aluminium TorqTite cups that thread together in the BB shell for a simple, secure and creak-free installation. Enduro makes its XD-15 bottom brackets and bearings at its own production facility in California, USA.

Gets smoother with use

Most ceramic-hybrid bearings roll best on the day they go in and slow down from there. Enduro says XD-15 bearings do the opposite: as they wear in, the balls make the races smoother still, so the bottom bracket rolls faster and smoother with time and use.

Compatibility & fit

For PF30 frames and 30mm spindle cranksets built to the older specification, with spindles under 90mm wide. Check your spindle before ordering. Enduro lists the BRT-060-MH press with BRT-040-30MM toolkit, the BBT-52x16-30 Pro Cup socket (52mm x 16-spline) and the BBT-010 flat wrench for installation. Press-fit bottom brackets need the right tools to go in straight. Our workshop can install it for you as a separate service; fitting isn't included in the price.
