DT Swiss XRC 310 DT Swiss 180 wheelset — built by DT Swiss

A DT Swiss XRC 310 rim set laced 28-spoke front and rear to DT Swiss 180 straight-pull hubs — DT's lightest hub, Ratchet EXP 36 and SINC ceramic bearings. DT Swiss builds each wheelset to order through Apollo, the Australian DT distributor: laced, tensioned and trued by DT. Allow about 14 days from order to dispatch.

Before you order — what your bike decides

• Wheel size — 29". Read it off your tyre sidewall.
• Rear axle — Boost 12 × 148 only on this wheelset: measure the inside of the dropouts.
• Front axle — Boost 15 × 110 or 12 × 100: check the fork lowers.
• Rotor mount — Centre Lock only (DT makes the 180 in Centre Lock): use Centre Lock rotors, or a Centre Lock to 6-bolt adapter.
• Cassette — the freehub body follows it: Shimano 12-speed MTB is Micro Spline, SRAM Eagle is XD, Shimano 11-speed and older is HG. Offered here: all three.

Who it is for

For cross-country racing and marathon riding. Not a rim for jumps or bike parks.

The rider's questions

• How much can it carry? Max system weight (rider, bike and gear) 120 kg — the DT Swiss XRC 310 rating.
• What tyres fit? 2.1–2.7" tyres are DT's recommended range for a 30 mm inner width; 1.85"–2.05" and 2.8" are possible. Hookless (TSS) rims: fit tubeless or tubeless-ready tyres only, with or without a tube, and never go above the tyre's marked maximum pressure.
• E-bike? DT approves the 180 hubs for e-bikes up to 32 km/h or 250 W.
• How fast does the hub engage? 36 points of engagement — Ratchet EXP 36, 10° between clicks.
• Warranty? DT Swiss parts 24 months from purchase. Any claim comes back to Tune Cycles — see the Warranty tab.
• How long does it take? About 14 days: DT builds it to order, then we send it on to you.

Everything in the Wheelset box is part of the build. Choose each dropdown: nothing is pre-selected. The valves in the Upgrades box are optional — leave them at 0 if you already have some, and the price adjusts.
