The DT Swiss R 470 DB is a light, wide aluminium endurance road rim that pairs beautifully with wider tyres for added comfort and grip. This is the disc-specific, 24 hole version in 700c.

Construction
Machined from aluminium with a 23 mm depth and a sleeve-joined seam, the R 470 DB uses a non-eyelet spoke bore to keep weight down while staying reliable and true. Its 20 mm internal width seats wider road and endurance tyres with a supportive, rounded profile. The hooked, tubeless-ready bed lets you run tubes or tubeless with the appropriate tape and valve.
Compatibility & fit
This is a disc-brake rim in the 700c (622) diameter with 24 spoke holes, suited to a light endurance disc road wheel. It takes a Presta valve and is rated to a maximum system weight of 120 kg (ASTM category 2). It is not compatible with rim-brake setups. Spokes, nipples, hub and tubeless tape are not included.
DT Swiss covers this rim with a 24-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear items, including tubeless tape, are not covered. The DT Swiss crash-replacement (Fair Share) programme applies to carbon rims only and does not apply to this aluminium rim.
