Construction
Machined from aluminium with a 23 mm depth and a sleeve-joined seam, the R 460 DB uses a non-eyelet spoke bore to keep weight down while maintaining a reliable, true-running build. With no brake track to wear, the disc-specific profile is dedicated to disc wheels. The hooked, tubeless-ready bed lets you run tubes or a tubeless setup with the appropriate tape and valve.
Compatibility & fit
This is a disc-brake rim in the 700c (622) diameter with 24 spoke holes, suited to a light disc road wheel. It takes a Presta valve and is rated to a maximum system weight of 110 kg (ASTM category 1). It is not compatible with rim-brake setups. Spokes, nipples, hub and tubeless tape are not included.
DT Swiss covers this rim with a 24-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear items, including tubeless tape, are not covered. The DT Swiss crash-replacement (Fair Share) programme applies to carbon rims only and does not apply to this aluminium rim.
