The DT Swiss FR 560 is the brand's burly aluminium freeride and downhill rim, built for big gaps, root mats and mean rock gardens. This 29-inch, 32-hole version brings gravity-grade strength and a wide 30 mm internal bed to the big wheel for modern long-travel bikes.

Construction
The FR 560 is built from heat-treated aluminium with a welded joint for an even rim bed and consistent strength. Eyeleted spoke holes spread spoke tension to handle the repeated heavy impacts of freeride and downhill riding, making it one of the toughest alloy rims in the DT Swiss range.
Compatibility & fit
This is a 29-inch (622 mm) rim drilled for 32 spokes and built for disc brakes only, with no machined brake track. The Presta valve hole suits standard tubeless valves, and the tubeless-ready bead works with tubeless and tubed setups. Pair with a 32-hole disc hub and 32 spokes of your chosen length.
DT Swiss covers this rim with a 24-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear items, including tubeless tape, are not covered. The DT Swiss crash-replacement (Fair Share) programme applies to carbon rims only and does not apply to this aluminium rim.
