Construction
The BR 710 uses a specially designed rim profile and sophisticated machined cut-outs in an extra-strong alloy, shedding weight while keeping the strength fat tyres demand. The wide 76mm bed spreads big rubber for a stable, planted footprint, and the rim is tubeless ready with supplied rim tape and a Presta valve. It uses a non-eyelet, 32 hole drilling.
Compatibility & fit
Disc brake only, with no machined braking surface. Sized for 26in fatbike tyres and intended for fatbike use within ASTM category 3. Carries an e-bike approval up to 32 km/h or 250W and a 130kg maximum system weight.
DT Swiss covers this rim with a 24-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear items, including tubeless tape, are not covered. The DT Swiss crash-replacement (Fair Share) programme applies to carbon rims only and does not apply to this aluminium rim.
