DT Swiss Ratchet System
Engagement is handled by the DT Swiss Ratchet System. As standard the hub runs the Ratchet 36 (36 teeth, 10-degree engagement), and you can upgrade tool-free to the Ratchet 54 (6.7-degree) for quicker pick-up. The two opposing toothed rings share load evenly and the freehub can be serviced by hand with no special tools.
Compatibility & fit
This is a rear hub for 12x148mm Boost thru-axle frames with a 32-hole drilling. The rotor mounts via Center Lock. The Shimano road light freehub body accepts Shimano 11-speed HG road cassettes. Spokes are J-bend (Classic) type.
