Lost a bolt or marked the cover on your GEAR GROOVE extension setup? This kit replaces the cover and the full spread of screws and washers, so you can rebuild it with genuine parts instead of hunting for hardware.

  • Replacement cover: included in the kit.
  • Fourteen screws: 1 x M4x12, 2 x M5x40, 2 x M5x25, 2 x M5x20, 1 x M6x45, 4 x M5x8 and 2 x M6x16.
  • Six washers: 2 x M6 and 4 x M5.
  • Genuine part: made by Canyon for its GEAR GROOVE system.

Fitting

Aero extensions affect how the bike steers, so the bolts need to be done up correctly. If you'd rather not do it yourself, we can fit and check it for you.

Canyon lists this kit for these 2026 and 2027 models. Aeroad: CF SLX and CF SLX Disc (R107-01), CFR (R108-01), CFR and CFR Disc (R136-01). Endurace: CF SLX Disc (R077-02 and R130-01), CFR (R072-02 and R148-01). Grail: CF SLX (R120-01, R139-01 and R140-01), CFR (R141-01). Ultimate: CF SL Disc (R101-01), CF SLX and CF SLX Disc (R100-01), CFR Disc (R102-01). Match your frame code and model year before ordering.
