How Ultra-Torque works

On Ultra-Torque cranksets the bearings sit on the crank semi-axles, and the cups provide the housing in the frame. That's why these are cups only, and why the bearings are sold separately.

Options

Compatibility & fit

For Campagnolo Ultra-Torque cranksets (for example Super Record, Record and Chorus 12-speed mechanical). Choose the option that matches your frame's bottom bracket shell; Campagnolo warns that combinations other than those in its tables can cause the drivetrain to malfunction. Super Record Wireless, Ekar and Ekar GT cranksets use Pro-Tech cups instead, and Super Record 13 and Record 13 use QCK-Tech cups. Threaded cups are torqued to 35 Nm with the Campagnolo UT-BB130 tool; press-fit cups are installed with UT-BB240. Fitting is available from the Tune Cycles workshop as a separate service; it isn't included in the price.
