Tektro (TRP's parent company) covers this product against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from purchase. Wear items, crash damage, and damage from incorrect fitting, adjustment or maintenance are not covered. If you have a warranty concern, return the item to Tune Cycles and we will manage the claim with the distributor on your behalf — you do not need to contact Tektro or the importer. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
