Office by day, yoga after work: the Basil SoHo Nordlicht looks like a smart city backpack but rides like a pannier. Soft-touch matte PU, an integrated LED strip and hooks that hide away when you are off the bike, in night black, moss green or pastel green.

Tidy and dry

Taped seams and a roll closure keep water out to the IPX3 standard. The included neoprene organiser holds a laptop, charger and tablet, and lifts out when you need the full 17 litres for a change of clothes.

Visible after dark

The Nordlicht LED strip runs on 2 × AAA batteries (sold separately). Nordlicht lighting is supplementary only and doesn't replace the front and rear lights required by Australian road rules. Note that the soft PU surface can scuff against rough surfaces, though it stays waterproof.

Compatibility & fit

Hook the SoHo onto the rear rack of a men's, women's or electric bike to keep a sweat-free back on the way in. Off the bike, the hooks come off and stow in a zip pocket. Need a rack fitted? You can book a workshop visit with Tune Cycles. Fitting is a separate service.
