Spacious and good-looking, the Basil SoHo Nordlicht double pannier carries 41 litres in soft-touch matte PU, with a built-in LED strip to help you stand out after dark. Choose moss green or night black, with MIK or Universal Bridge mounting.

Highlights

• 41 litres total across two bags
• IPX3 waterproof with a snap-down roll-top
• Integrated Nordlicht LED strip
• Soft-touch matte PU finish
• Pre-fitted MIK plate or Universal Bridge straps, depending on version

Dry, whatever the forecast

The roll-top clips down to the sides with snaps, sealing the bags to IPX3. The soft PU can scuff against rough surfaces, but it stays waterproof.

Built-in visibility

The Nordlicht LED strip runs on AAA batteries (sold separately) and adds presence in low light. Nordlicht lighting is supplementary only and doesn't replace the front and rear lights required by Australian road rules.

Compatibility & fit

The MIK version has a MIK adapter plate pre-fitted, so it clicks onto any rack with the MIK profile, or onto a standard rack once a MIK carrier plate (sold separately) is fitted. The Basil Universal Bridge system hangs the bags over most rear racks, e-bikes included, using the pre-fitted straps, and also accepts a Basil DBS carrier plate or a MIK adapter plate (both sold separately) for click-on mounting. For heavy loads, a Basil Distance Holder (sold separately) keeps the bags clear of your spokes. Need a rack fitted? You can book a workshop visit with Tune Cycles. Fitting is a separate service.
