The ARC 1100 DICUT® DB 38 12/100 wheelset by DT Swiss comes with a comprehensive warranty and Fair-Share Policy that ensures peace of mind for cyclists. DT Swiss offers a Fair Share Policy providing a crash replacement service for up to 10 years after purchase. This policy covers first-time owners of DT Swiss carbon wheels, purchased after January 1, 2020.
Fair-Share Policy Details
- The Fair-Share Policy provides a replacement with a new rim at a cost-conscious rate if a defect occurs due to a riding error.
- The personal contribution for replacement is CHF 249 / EUR 249 / USD 249 per wheel, except for the ARC 1100 DICUT DISC wheel which incurs a charge of CHF 749 / EUR 749 / USD 749.
- Proper assembly, handling, and maintenance following the user manual are prerequisites for Fair-Share coverage.
- The maximum system weight should not be exceeded, and the wheel must not be modified or used with incompatible parts.
- In the case of defects covered by the warranty, DT Swiss will repair the product free of charge.
- If no replacement rim is available, DT Swiss will provide a new wheel under the Fair-Share conditions.
Additional Information
The Fair-Share Policy does not cover damages due to improper storage, transport, or optical impairments, along with wear parts such as ball bearings and freehub components.
