Fair Share Policy
DT Swiss offers a Fair Share Policy for their carbon wheels, providing a crash replacement service at a fair price for 10 years after purchase. This policy covers accidents or self-inflicted incidents, ensuring that you can continue to enjoy your rides without worry.
Warranty Coverage
- Material and manufacturing defects are covered with a lifetime warranty for first-time owners, without the need for registration. However, the original purchase receipt is required.
- Proper assembly, handling, and maintenance as outlined in the user manual are prerequisites for warranty coverage.
- The warranty excludes wear parts such as ball bearings and tubeless rim tape.
Exclusions
The Fair Share Policy does not cover normal wear and tear or aesthetic damage. Additionally, if the wheel is altered, used with incompatible parts, or exceeds the maximum system weight, the warranty will be void.
