A clean, strong 800 mm alloy riser bar for trail, enduro, downhill and eMTB riding. 5DEV makes it from 7075 aluminium, rates it for DH and eBike use, and designed it to pair with its own titanium and aluminium stems.

Highlights

  • 800 mm wide with a 30 mm rise
  • 35 mm bar clamp
  • 7075 aluminium with a Type 2 hard anodised black finish
  • 335 g (5DEV figure)
  • Rated by 5DEV for downhill and eBike use, and tested in 5DEV's own lab

Built for hard riding

5DEV wanted one bar that is strong enough for a World Cup downhill racer and for a rider on a full-power eMTB, and it tests the bar in its in-house test lab. 5DEV designed it to reduce rider fatigue and improve your ergonomics on the bike.

Compatibility & fit

Stem: needs a stem with a 35 mm bar clamp, such as 5DEV's 2-bolt titanium or aluminium stems. 5DEV also makes this bar in a 31.8 mm clamp with a 40 mm rise; that is a different part.

The Tune Cycles workshop can fit the bar, set up your brakes, shifter and dropper remote, and torque the stem and control clamps to their makers' specs as a separate workshop service.

5DEV backs its products with a limited 5-year warranty from the date of manufacture, against defects in materials and workmanship. If 5DEV confirms a defect, it replaces the affected part with a comparable model. Talk to us before replacing anything: 5DEV voids the warranty if a part from another maker is fitted in place of the 5DEV component.

This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Keep your proof of purchase.

For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with 5DEV's Australian distributor.
