The 418 Wh Reention Mini Eel is the battery behind the VelectriX Cruiser, Cruiser ST, Urban ST and Ascent 29. This 36 V replacement has the current 3-pin charger port and brings back the range a worn battery has lost.

3-pin charger only
This version replaces the older single-pin Mini Eel and only works with VelectriX's current 3-pin charger (VXAUS10833); if your old battery used a single-pin charger, you'll need the 3-pin one too. Charge it only with that charger: it's the safe way to charge, and it's also a condition of the warranty.
Fit and compatibility
VelectriX lists this Mini Eel (shown as 417 or 418 Wh, 11.6 Ah) on the current Cruiser, Cruiser ST, Urban ST and Ascent 29. Check the model and Wh rating on your battery's label before ordering, or send us a photo.
Tune Cycles can fit it and check the mount and lock.
VelectriX warranty. 2 years against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. A battery that keeps at least 60% of its capacity within 2 years is considered normal ageing. Damage from overcharging, power surges, a charger that isn't an approved VelectriX charger, misuse, physical damage or water isn't covered. The warranty covers the original purchaser of a product bought through an authorised VelectriX dealer (Tune Cycles is one), with proof of purchase. Claims go through the dealer you bought from.
