Choosing the right dust caps
The thicker carbon caps suit Shimano MTB and most traditional SRAM Eagle derailleurs. The thinner alloy caps are for SRAM's T-Type Eagle Transmission derailleurs. The product manual shows which caps go with your derailleur model.
Compatibility & fit
Compatible with Shimano 12-speed MTB rear derailleurs, SRAM Eagle AXS / Eagle (12s) and SRAM Eagle Transmission (T-Type 12s).
Tighten to 3 N·m. Fine-tuning may be needed for best derailleur performance.
Check chain length after fitting: correct chain length matters for drivetrain performance and stability, so follow the chain and drivetrain manufacturer's sizing guidance. A small derailleur adjustment may be needed, so check shifting before your first ride.
Pulley fitting and derailleur adjustment are a separate workshop service and aren't included in the price.

Normal wear and tear, bearings (unless unused), and damage from incorrect installation, modification, neglect or improper maintenance are not covered; TOKEN repairs or replaces a defective product at its discretion. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
