Bedding in

After the initial pre-stretch, the low-friction coating can slip at the fixing bolt, so re-check cable tension and bolt torque after the first rides. Any fine fuzz from the coating is normal and doesn't affect shifting.

For Shimano indexed shifters and derailleurs. For the best result, fit it into clean casing in good condition.

Covered by Shimano's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Inner cables are wear items: fraying, stretch and corrosion in service are not covered. This cover is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
