What it does

The pulleys (also called jockey wheels) guide and tension the chain through the rear derailleur. As the teeth wear, shifting goes vague and the drivetrain gets noisy. Swapping in fresh SRAM pulleys with hybrid ceramic bearings restores smooth, low-friction chain movement and sharpens every shift.

Correct sizing

Eagle's X-Horizon design uses a smaller 12-tooth upper pulley and a larger 14-tooth lower pulley. This kit includes both in the correct sizes, so they must be fitted in their matching positions during installation.

Compatibility and fit

Designed for SRAM 12-speed mechanical Eagle rear derailleurs. It is the factory pulley set for XX1 Eagle and X01 Eagle derailleurs and also fits GX Eagle.
