Eagle chain retention
The 32T direct-mount chainring uses SRAM's X-SYNC 2 tooth profile, with alternating narrow and wide teeth that grip the Eagle chain tightly. This keeps the chain seated through rocks, roots and hard landings without the need for a chain guide.

Solid forged aluminium arms and a steel chainring give the SX Eagle a durable, no-fuss character that suits everyday trail riding and hard-wearing rental builds.
Fit and compatibility
This is the Boost version with a 52mm chainline, set by a 3mm-offset direct-mount chainring to suit frames with 148mm Boost rear spacing. It runs on a PowerSpline cartridge bottom bracket (118mm/73mm, sold separately) and works with any 11- or 12-speed SRAM Eagle chain and cassette. If your frame uses standard 142mm or QR spacing, choose the non-Boost 49mm chainline version instead.
SRAM warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. It does not cover damage from crashes, misuse, improper installation or normal wear and tear.
