Hydraulic performance

The Force AXS caliper uses two pistons and SRAM's HydroHC architecture to clamp organic pads firmly and evenly against the rotor. The result is reliable stopping force with progressive modulation, so you can scrub speed precisely rather than grabbing. SRAM's Bleeding Edge port makes servicing the DOT hydraulic system quick and mess-free.

Rear-specific fitment

This is the rear caliper assembly, supplied with the shorter 10mm mounting nut/standoff hardware used at the chainstay flat mount. It is natively set up for a 140mm rotor and can be adapted to 160mm with the appropriate SRAM spacer/adapter. In the Australian setup the rear brake is operated by the left-hand lever.
