What it does
The freehub body is the splined, ratcheting sleeve your cassette mounts onto. This 9/10-speed body uses the traditional HyperGlide spline, so it carries 8, 9 and 10-speed cassettes rather than a 10-tooth XD cassette. Fit it to convert a wheel back from XD, or to replace a body that has worn or seized.
Thru-axle end caps
The included end caps configure the rear hub for a 12x142mm thru-axle frame. They press onto the hub ends and are removed by hand or with simple hex keys, making axle-standard changes straightforward.
Compatibility and fit
Designed for SRAM Roam 60, Roam 50 and Rail 50 rear wheels (DT Swiss-built hubs). This kit is for the 12x142mm thru-axle standard; choose the 135mm QR or 12x135mm version if that matches your frame, or the XD version if you run an XD cassette. If you are unsure which body or axle standard your wheel uses, contact us before ordering.
SRAM warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in line with SRAM's standard component warranty (generally two years from purchase for the original owner). The warranty does not cover damage from crashes, improper installation, neglect, modification or normal wear.
