Built for the workshop

Each PowerLock is a quick link that snaps closed by hand and seats firmly under pedalling load, so there is no need for a separate connecting pin or chain tool to make the join. The 50-piece box keeps the right connector on the shelf for back-to-back chain replacements, AXS group builds and service work.

Flattop-specific design

SRAM's Flattop chains use a uniquely shaped link profile for a narrower, stronger and more durable chain, which means they need a connector made specifically for that profile. This PLCK-D1 PowerLock is that part. It is a single-use connector: fit a new PowerLock every time a chain is installed, and remove it only with chain link pliers.

Compatibility and fit

Use with all SRAM 12-speed Flattop road chains, covering RED, Force and Rival eTap AXS drivetrains, and compatible with both Flattop D1 and Flattop E1 chains. It is not interchangeable with SRAM Eagle or Eagle Transmission 12-speed PowerLocks, which use a different link shape.
