SR Suntour warranty. SR Suntour warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for between 6 and 24 months from the date of first retail purchase. The period depends on the product and is set out in SR Suntour's warranty document. SR Suntour's remedy is repair or replacement, at its discretion.

Not covered: normal wear, including oil, dust and oil seals, o-rings, bushings, bearings, stanchion tubes and cartridges; damage from crashes, misuse, incorrect installation or missing maintenance; modified parts; cosmetic marks; and stunt riding or racing. SR Suntour asks for a fault to be reported within 10 days of finding it, with photos, the serial number and the service history.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
