About the PL-7

The Centre Lock version of the PD-7 — 12 × 100 mm thru-axle, for road and gravel bikes running Centre Lock rotors.

What it powers

Any 6 V / 3 W dynamo light — the Busch & Müller Lumotec IQ-X, IQ-XS, Cyo and Eyc headlights and their rear lights all run straight off it, as do USB chargers designed for hub dynamos. Connect with SP's spade-clip connector set (sold separately). Not for e-bike DC lights.

Shutter Precision covers its dynamo hubs against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase (sp-dynamo.com/service). Damage from incorrect installation, crashes, unauthorised repair or immersion isn't covered; worn bearings outside the two years are a paid repair.

For warranty support, return the item to Tune Cycles with your proof of purchase and we'll manage the claim with the distributor for you. This cover is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
