Carbon paste that actually grips and doesn't stain your kit. Developed with the Visma | Lease a Bike pro mechanics, Hold Fast uses a high-tack silicone base instead of dyed grease, so it stays where you put it and lets clamps hold at lower torque.

Where to use it

Non-moving interfaces: stems, seatposts, shifter clamps and carbon saddle rails. It also leaves a corrosion-resistant layer that helps stop parts sticking together.

Reapplying

SILCA recommends cleaning off and reapplying at least once a year, or two to three times a year if you sweat heavily.

Compatibility & fit

Safe on carbon, titanium, aluminium and painted finishes, and with all metal combinations such as carbon on aluminium. Always tighten to the component maker's torque specification.
