Why titanium

Modern electronic derailleurs shift fast and hard enough to flex a conventional aluminium-plate hanger by up to 4 degrees mid-shift, costing precision and speed. SILCA designs each hanger with AI-generated structural infill and 3D prints it in titanium. SILCA 3DP hangers were used on 2 stage wins at the 2023 Tour de France and are credited with holding derailleur alignment through numerous crashes.

Alignment: read before fitting

Every SILCA hanger is verified to within 0.2 degrees of parallelism before it ships. Do not use a hanger alignment gauge or try to bend it: titanium resists cold-bending, and forcing it risks snapping the internal fracture geometry designed to protect your frame. If alignment measures out after fitting, SILCA points to the frame, a dirty dropout or a bent derailleur cage instead. Compatibility & fit

This is SILCA's Shimano version: it is designed to replace both the direct mount hanger and the derailleur's B-link, so it looks longer than a standard hanger. Choose the option for your frame brand, then check your model and year in the table below. Frames not listed have no confirmed SILCA fit.
