The XTR SL-M9100 is the lightest, sharpest right-hand shifter in Shimano's 12-speed MTB range: a RAPIDFIRE PLUS trigger in aluminium and carbon-reinforced plastic with a light, short action you can use flat out. Pick the mount that suits your cockpit and it drives any XTR, XT, SLX or Deore 12-speed rear derailleur.

Choosing your mount

The band-clamp version fits a standard 22.2 mm bar on its own clamp. The I-SPEC EV version has no clamp; it mounts to an I-SPEC EV brake lever (BL-M9100, M8100, M7100, M6100 and later), so choose it only if your brakes take I-SPEC EV.

12-speed Shimano MTB only: RD-M9100, M8100, M7100 and M6100 rear derailleurs and 12-speed HYPERGLIDE+ cassettes.
