Shifts faster, holds on tighter

HYPERGLIDE+ reshapes the chain's inner plates so the chain climbs and drops between sprockets more smoothly, even when you're putting power through the pedals. The extended inner plate also helps keep the chain seated when the trail gets choppy.

Shimano's SIL-TEC treatment coats the rollers and plates to cut friction and slow wear, while chrome-plated hollow pins keep the link connections strong and free-running through grit and water.

Tool-free assembly

The included SHIMANO QUICK-LINK (SM-CN910-12) lets you join the chain without a chain tool. It is a single-use link and should be replaced if removed.

Compatibility & fit

Designed for Shimano 12-speed drivetrains. Native to the XTR M9100 12-speed MTB groupset and also compatible with Shimano's Dura-Ace R9200 and Ultegra R8100 12-speed road groupsets. Supplied at 116 links; check your required chain length for your frame and cassette before cutting. Use only with Shimano 12-speed HYPERGLIDE+ cassettes and chainrings. E-bike compatible.
