When paired with a compatible Di2 drivetrain, the DU-E5000 enables automatic down-shifting at stops and optional fully automatic shifting through E-TUBE PROJECT software. E-TUBE connectivity also allows system configuration, assist mode tuning, and firmware updates via the E-TUBE PROJECT app.
What's Included & What to Note
This variant is supplied without the drive unit cover and without a speed/cadence sensor unit — these components are sold separately to allow flexibility in frame integration. The TL-EW02 E-Tube plug tool is included to assist with E-Tube wiring during installation.
