RD-M8250-GS Rear Derailleur

The medium cage RD-M8250-GS is optimised for 9–45T cassettes, offering a 500% gear range for versatile trail riding. Shimano Shadow ES keeps the profile low to the ground, adding 23 mm of clearance compared to conventional designs, while the Automatic Impact Recovery motor instantly resets the derailleur after rock strikes. Covered pulley teeth shield moving parts from trail debris, and the wide-link skid-plate structure resists damage from direct impacts.

BT-DN320 Battery & EC-DN100 Charger

The BT-DN320 lithium-ion battery (7.6 V, 2.32 Wh, 305 mAh) is tucked securely inside the derailleur body, protecting it from water and trail debris while keeping it fully removable for charging. The included EC-DN100 charger keeps the system topped up with a simple, compact connector. Charge status is visible via the E-TUBE Project app.

SW-M8250-R Shift Switch

The right-hand wireless shift switch uses a short-stroke paddle design with a tactile click to prevent mis-shifts.
