Quick, secure Centre Lock fitting

The Centre Lock system replaces six small bolts with a single splined lockring, cutting install and removal time while locking the rotor firmly to the hub. The spline mount enhances rigidity and precision, so braking feels solid and stays true over the life of the rotor.

Tuned for resin pads

The SM-RT54 braking surface is designed for resin (organic) pads, the quiet, smooth-engaging compound favoured for everyday trail and road riding. Always run resin pads with this rotor; metal (sintered) pads are not compatible.

Compatibility & fit

Fits any Shimano Centre Lock hub and works with Shimano hydraulic and mechanical disc brake calipers. The supplied internal spline lockring suits standard Centre Lock hubs; hubs built around a 15mm or 20mm thru-axle require the external spline lockring (sold separately). Resin pads only. This is a 160mm rotor; match it to your frame, fork and caliper mount.
