FOCUS R.A.T. bikes use a proprietary quick-release thru-axle with no threaded end, which most hitch-mount trailers need to clamp onto. This Robert Axle Project axle replaces it with a standard threaded 12mm axle plus a replacement R.A.T. nut, so any single-point hitch trailer can attach.

Compatibility & fit
Fits FOCUS R.A.T.-equipped bikes only, with 12×142 or Boost 12×148 hub spacing – Robert Axle Project doesn't list this for any other thru-axle system. The hitch itself isn't included. Confirm your bike against Robert Axle Project's online Axle Finder, and the Tune workshop can check fit and install it for you.
Robert Axle Project backs this axle with a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. Misuse, improper installation, failure to follow the instructions, normal wear and tear, and crash or accident damage aren't covered, and a claim needs to be reported within 60 days of a defect showing up. For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Robert Axle Project's Australian distributor. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, so keep your proof of purchase.
