Built for fine bearing adjustment

Cone wrenches are thin for a reason. Their narrow jaws reach the flats on a hub cone while you hold the locknut with a second wrench, so you can set bearing preload exactly and lock it without disturbing the adjustment. The hardened steel resists wear and deformation even with frequent shop use.

Two wrenches, four sizes

Each wrench works two sizes. One spans 13mm and 14mm, the other 15mm and 16mm, so a single compact set handles the vast majority of front and rear cup-and-cone hubs you'll meet on the bench.

Compatibility & fit

Suits traditional cup-and-cone hubs that use 13mm, 14mm, 15mm or 16mm cone flats, covering most Shimano and similar loose-ball and serviceable cartridge hubs. Also handy for the slim nuts and flats found in tight spaces such as some headset top adjustments. Check the size stamped on or measured across your hub cone flats before ordering. Not intended for sealed cartridge-bearing hubs that have no adjustable cone.
