The PILO D1161 is a CNC-machined replacement derailleur hanger for Pivot frames, cut from 6061-T6511 billet aluminium and hard black-anodised so it's straighter and stronger than the cast original — and it saves the frame when the derailleur takes a hit.

Check your frame's hanger against the PILO D1161 shape and the model list. PILO hangers are frame-specific; if your model isn't listed, send us a photo of your hanger and we'll match it.

PILO products supplied by Tune Cycles are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under the manufacturer's warranty, handled in Australia through the distributor. Normal wear and tear, crash or impact damage, incorrect installation, modification and misuse aren't covered.

For warranty support, return the item to Tune Cycles with your proof of purchase and we'll manage the claim with the distributor for you. This cover is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
