Details

The freehub body carries the cassette and houses the ratchet that lets the hub coast. Changing the body is how you swap a Vision hub between Shimano HG and SRAM XD/XDR cassettes.

Clean and lightly lubricate the ratchet parts when you swap the body, and check the end caps and seals are seated before you refit the wheel. Match the freehub standard to your cassette.
