Neo bikes are covered by Apollo Bicycle Co.'s limited warranty for the original purchaser, when bought new and assembled by an authorised dealer:

• Aluminium frame: 5 years against failure at any weld point (frame fatigue is not covered)
• Suspension fork: 1 year against faulty workmanship or materials
• Paint finish, parts and accessories: 12 months from the date of purchase
• Tyres and tubes are not covered

The warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, accidents, improper repair or maintenance, or modification. For warranty support, return the bike to Tune Cycles with your proof of purchase and we'll manage the claim with Apollo for you. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Full alloy child-specific short reach brake levers, combined with powerful disc brakes.
• Lightweight alloy hubs, rims, handlebars and stem, which reduces the overall weight of the bicycle.
• Super comfortable junior-specific saddle and grips, for ultimate riding comfort.
• Lightweight alloy crank set with child-specific easy-pedalling gearing.
• Shimano 6 speed gears for reliable shifting performance.
