Amiga is a light, modern rear seat that fits most bikes, so you can start riding with your little one from about 9 months. A free-hanging steel bar gives natural suspension to cushion your child's spine.

Comfortable and easy

Soft padding removes for washing or replacement, a helmet recess stops your child's head being pushed forward, and a safety buckle keeps the 3-point harness on the shoulders. A strap attaches to the frame for extra security.

Compatibility & fit

Frame mounted with a four-screw bracket; works on bikes with or without a rack, on seat tubes 28–40 mm in diameter. An extra fastening bracket lets you swap between bikes, and an extra bar suits small frames. Hamax advises against fitting its seats to full-suspension or carbon frames. A frame-mounted seat flexes up to 12 cm on its steel bar, so it must sit high enough never to touch the wheel, mudguard or rack. Hamax recommends your child always wears a helmet.
