All Mountain is the most holistic way of mountain biking, because All Mountain combines all the properties and requirements of cross country, trail riding, enduro and downhill in one discipline.
The F 535 ONE is the only suspension fork that meets all the requirements of an All Mountain fork: efficient power transmission, sensitive response at the beginning of the travel, back pressure in the middle travel and end progression.
With a travel-dependent damping and the combination of steel and air springs, the F 535 ONE is the only fork that perfectly combines the compromise between sensitivity at the beginning and back pressure in the middle of the travel.
Furthermore, the fork has an externally adjustable pressure level in three stages. Open, drive and lock. Depending on the version of the F 535, these are selected using the handlebar remote control or a small lever on the right side of the fork crown.
Rebound and low-speed compression can be adjusted to your needs in fine steps with the TORX T10 key stored in the axle .
A shape of the fork inspired by nature uses the material exactly where the forces are greatest and saves it at the less stressed points.
This leads to a balance between weight and rigidity. The crown and dip tube unit appear as a closed surface. The covers are made entirely of aluminum, are perfectly sealed and are fixed to the fork with captive TORX T10 screws.
PLUSHPORT
The Plushport technology adds a new dimension to the damping, the travel. At the beginning of the spring travel you have a low compression damping in order to have the most sensitive response possible.
With increasing spring travel, the damping also increases to offer you optimal support in the middle of the spring travel and the necessary progression at the end of the stroke.
INCONTROL
With Incontrol, DT Swiss provides a platform that can be set in three stages. In open mode you have maximum sensitivity and traction. The slightly higher compression damping in Drive Mode guarantees you efficient propulsion in the field and Lock lets you get to your favorite trail in a new best time.
COILPAIR
A small steel spring in combination with the high-performance air spring. Thanks to the low breakaway force of the steel spring, the first 30 mm of travel is extremely sensitive. The rest is done by the large-volume air spring, which contributes to the desired end progression through its design.
Lineair
The large volume of the positive and negative air chambers is the key to the linear spring curve, which is also responsible for the counter pressure in the middle spring travel. An air bypass automatically compensates for the air suspension system of the F 535 ONE fork.
APT
The APT (Adaptable Progression Tune) system allows the progression of the spring characteristic to be adjusted by simply adding or removing one or more volume spacers in the air chamber of the suspension fork. This allows the biker to adapt the spring characteristic to his riding style and to his trails. The highlight: the response behavior remains the same regardless of the selected setup.
