Enduro calls 15 x 28 x 7mm the single most common bearing size in modern thru-axle hubs. This is its top-tier XD-15 ceramic hybrid version, designed to get smoother with use and backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against corrosion and wear.

Why XD-15

Most ceramic hybrid bearings are at their fastest on day one and slow down as their steel races wear. Enduro's XD-15 races are a corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel, and Enduro says the hard ceramic balls polish them smoother as the bearing wears in. Deep-groove raceways make room for the largest possible balls, spreading load over a bigger contact area for performance and longevity.

Seals and grease

Dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals ride in a micro-groove to keep water and grit out, and hold in a 90% fill of Kluber NBU52 grease that resists washing out.

Compatibility & fit

Check your existing bearing is a 6902 (15 x 28 x 7mm) and use the internal clearance your hub maker specifies. This is the CN version; Enduro makes a separate C3 version (CXD 6902 LLB C3) for hubs with tighter bearing bores, such as DT Swiss and White Industries. Fitting is a separate workshop service. Hub bearings need to go in square with the right press tools, and our workshop can handle hub and wheel bearing replacement for you.
