Liquid sealant tops out at about 5mm. ZOT! Nano takes Caffélatex further, instantly solidifying it at the puncture so it can close holes up to 10mm, the chemical equivalent of a tyre plug.

How it works

ZOT! Nano is a polymerisation catalyst. When a 5 to 10mm puncture lets Caffélatex escape without sealing, insert the needle through the hole and squeeze ZOT! inside the casing. The catalysed Caffélatex solidifies locally and forms a plug.

Tips for best results

The Caffélatex must still be liquid in the tyre. Inject with the puncture at the top, then rotate the wheel to bring the puncture to the lowest point so the most sealant reaches it. Pouring ZOT! on the outside of the tyre won't fix major damage.

Forget it on the bike

A clip holds the bottle on the side of your bottle cage, and a silicone plug opens and re-seals it, so it is always there when you need it.

Compatibility & fit

Formulated for Caffélatex sealant, including the Caffélatex in Effetto Mariposa's Espresso and Espresso Doppio cartridges. Tubeless tyres are the easiest to repair; it can work with inner tubes, and on tubulars those with a tubular-tubeless construction give the best chance of success.
