DT Swiss D 232 Alloy Dropper Post 27.2 mm 400 mm (Inc Remote)
SKU code: APO-DTD003
The DT Swiss D 232 is a robust alloy mini dropper built for cross-country and down-country riding, where a quick, reliable 60 mm of drop makes technical descents safer without complicating your bike.
Highlights
- Alloy construction for dependable, value-focused performance at 416 g
- 60 mm of drop to get the saddle clear on steep, technical descents
- Fully mechanical UPSIDEDROP design for low-fuss reliability and easy servicing
- Supplied with the DT Swiss L1 stageless remote lever
- 5+ years of spare-parts availability backing long-term ownership
How it works
The D 232 uses the UPSIDEDROP upside-down layout with a fully mechanical, coil-spring actuation and a ball-catch lock. It delivers a single fixed 60 mm drop between two positions, fully extended and fully dropped, rather than infinite intermediate heights, keeping the system simple, light and dependable.
Fit
This post has a 27.2 mm diameter (a shim can adapt it to 31.6 mm) and a 400 mm total length, with extension adjustable between 210 mm and 310 mm. The DT Swiss L1 stageless remote lever is included.
DT Swiss covers this dropper post with a 24-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear items are not covered, and the crash-replacement (Fair Share) programme applies to carbon rims only.
